She Knows: Olympic Lifting at LETS CrossFit

LETS CrossFit’s very own Vincent Oliver has been cited in Julie Mataway’s how-to article on She Knows called “How to Get an Olympic Body”. In the article Vince explains that CrossFit is “constantly varied functional movement performed at high intensity” and that the benefits of CrossFit are an overall improvement in fitness.
